Julie Skille

Dr. Julie Skille graduated from the University of Florida with a Doctorate in Audiology.  She received a double Bachelor’s Degree in Communicative Disorders and Deaf Studies and Master’s Degree in Audiology from the California State University, Northridge, graduating summa cum laude. 

While in university, Dr. Skille was Vice President of the Deaf Studies Association and Vice President of the National Student Speech Language Hearing Association at California State University, Northridge.  She was also involved in live production of ‘Tenure’ which allowed her to work along side many Deaf adult and Deaf child actors.

Currently, Dr. Skille lives in Studio City with her husband, Max, and their two cats.  Dr. Skille is fluent in American Sign Language.  She is a member of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association, the American Academy of Audiology, and the Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensers Board
