Chipp K. Miller

Dr. Chipp St. Kevin Miller is a board-certified and highly esteemed Otolaryngologist with over 30 years of experience treating patients with the utmost quality of care at the Southern California Head and Neck Medical Group (SCHNMG) and Surgery Center, and as a senior staff member at Saint John’s Hospital and Health Center. His care thrives on patient understanding and participation, as he takes the time to discuss diagnosis and treatment options with each individual patient. In 2019, SCHNMG transitioned over to Pacific Eye, Ear & Skull Base Center, Pacific Neuroscience Institute.

Dr. Miller serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at UCLA School of Medicine, and has served as Residency Instructor at Santa Monica UCLA Hospital and as Mentor for the UCLA School of Medicine, where he has shared his skills and expertise with residents, interns, and medical students. Dr. Miller has received the Distinguished Teaching Award from the Division of Head and Neck Surgery at UCLA Medical Center.

As one of the leading Otolaryngologists in the area respected by patients and peers alike, Dr. Miller has been repeatedly recognized as one of the “Best Doctors in America”, as one of “America’s Top Physicians”, and one of “Los Angeles’ Best Doctors”, as chosen by his peers and Los Angeles Magazine.

Dr. Miller received his medical degree from the University of California Los Angeles School of Medicine, before completing his residency training in Head and Neck Surgery at the University of California Los Angeles Medical Center. Dedicated to his field, Dr. Miller’s specialty training included studying Pediatric Otolaryngology at Los Angeles Children’s Hospital. Actively involved with the local and medical community, Dr. Miller has served on the Cancer Committee and for many years served as Chairman of the Head and Neck Surgery division at Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Center. Dr. Miller is certified by the American Board of Balance Medicine and has served on its Board of Directors.

Dr. Miller continues to conduct clinical research in sleep disordered breathing and snoring. He holds a current U.S. Patent on a unique oral breathing device for snoring. Over the years, Dr. Miller has honed his expertise in a variety of ear and hearing disorders and also holds an active California license as a Hearing Aid Dispenser.

Dr. Miller is accepting new patients and takes most major insurances.
