Dr. Chester F. Griffiths entered the private practice of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck, Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery in Brentwood, California in 1989. He completed a three year general surgery residency and a three year residency in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at the Prestigious Thomas Jefferson University Hospital.
Dr. Kian Karimi is a double-board certified cosmetic and reconstructive nasal and facial plastic surgeon / head and neck surgeon. Originally from Indiana, he completed his undergraduate studies with double degrees in Biochemistry and Spanish, graduating magna cum laude at the age of twenty. Dr. Karimi matriculated into Indiana University School of Medicine.
Dr. Howard R. Krauss was born and raised in the Bronx and began his professional life in engineering, with degrees from Cooper Union and MIT, followed by a position at Hughes Aircraft Company. Having then decided to pursue a career in medicine, Dr. Krauss entered medical school and obtained his MD at the ripe old age of 27.
Dr. Gregory Frazer entered the private practice of Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing in 1982. For 14 years, he owned and operated Hearing Care Associates, one of the largest audiology private practices in the U.S. In 1996, he founded Sonus-USA, Inc. which is now part of the largest corporate audiology chain in the world.
Dr. Pierce graduated from Rush Medical College in Chicago at the top of his class with Alpha Omega Alpha honors. He went on to complete his Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery residency at the University of Florida. He has a broad clinical practice with special interests in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery and microscopic otologic surgery.
Dr. Allis is a board certified Otolaryngology-Head and Neck surgeon and diplomate of the American Board of Otolaryngology. Her clinical interests include adults and children with tonsillitis, allergies, sinusitis, snoring, and ear disorders.
Dr. Jeremy E. Levenson received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Zoology (with Highest Honors) from UCLA. In 1966, Dr. Levenson graduated from the University of California Medical Center in San Francisco. This was followed by postgraduate medical training at the Veterans Administration Hospital (UCLA affiliated hospital).
David Nguyen is currently completing his 4th year Doctor of Audiology Externship with our practice. He attended the University of California San Diego (UCSD) for his undergraduate degree in Biology with an emphasis on Ecology, Behavior, and Evolution. David continued his graduate studies at UCSD and earned his Master of Science in Biology.

Dr. Cadvan Griffiths graduated from the Columbia College of Physicians & Surgeons in New York and LaSalle College of Law in Chicago. He has held professorships at Columbia University (where he created the groundwork for the development of the vaccine RhoGAM with Dr. Vincent Freda) and the University of California.
Dr. Sofiya Krauss received her Doctorate in Audiology from A.T. Still University in Arizona. Prior to that, Dr. Krauss received her Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University (ASU) where she studied Speech and Hearing Science and Russian Literature.In 2012 Dr. Krauss completed her fourth year internship at Pacific Eye and Ear Specialists and joined the team as a full time Audiologist.
Dr. Julie Skille graduated from the University of Florida with a Doctorate in Audiology. She received a double Bachelor’s Degree in Communicative Disorders and Deaf Studies and Master’s Degree in Audiology from the California State University, Northridge, graduating summa cum laude. She is a member of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association
