Gregory J. Frazer, AuD, Ph.D
Dr. Gregory Frazer entered the private practice of Audiology and Hearing Aid Dispensing in 1982. For 14 years, he owned and operated Hearing Care Associates, one of the largest audiology private practices in the U.S. In 1996, he founded Sonus-USA, Inc.which is now part of the largest corporate audiology chain in the world. In 2003, Dr. Frazer re-entered private practice in Brentwood, Califonia, as owner of Pacific Hearing, Inc. and Director of Audiology at Pacific Eye & Ear Specialists, Inc. Dr. Frazer is a well-known teacher and clinician. He was a UCLA Clinical Instructor in the Department of Head & Neck Surgery at Olive View Medical Center, and an Adjunct Professor for the Kirksville College of Medicine/Arizona School for Health Sciences Doctor of Audiology Program.
Since 1999, he has been a facilitator for the University of Florida Doctor of Audiology Program. Dr. Frazer was the first audiologist in the world to have a Ph.D. in audiology, as well as the new Clinical Doctor of Audiology degree, the Au.D. He is Board Certified by the American Academy of Audiology, American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences. Dr. Frazer is experienced in working with infants, children and adults. He is semi-fluent in Spanish and Sign Language.
